- Sediakan 150 gr butter (cairkan).
- Anda butuh 1 butir telur.
- Siapkan 35 gr bawang putih (haluskan).
- Bunda butuh 2 sdm parsley kering.
- Bunda butuh 2 sdm madu.
- Bunda butuh 2 sdm SKM.
Cara membuat Korea Cheese Garlic Bread
- Campur bahan roti, mixer sampai kalis.
- Diamkan adonan roti (tutup dengan plastik wrap) selama 1 jam. Adonan akan mengembang 2 kali lipat.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 6-8, lalu bentuk bulat kemudian diamkan kembali selama 15 menit dengan menutup adonan dengan plastik wrap.
- Panggang pada suhu 160 C selama 15 menit (atau sesuaikan dengan oven masing2).
- Dinginkan roti.
- Buat cream chesee dengan mencampur semua bahan B.
- Buat garlic sauce: campur seluruh bahan c.
- Belah roti menjadi 4/6 (sesuai selera) lalu lumuri dengan garlic sauce dan masukkan cream cheese di sela2 roti.
- Panggang kembali dengan suhu 140 C selama 5-10 menit.
