Poffertjes / Pukis - Kue pukis or simply called Pukis is an Indonesian kue or traditional snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special mold pan. Bahan-bahan membuat Poffertjes / Pukis
- Bunda butuh 210 gr tepung terigu.
- Siapkan 250 ml Santan (kara dicairkan).
- Sediakan 1 sdt fermipan.
- Sediakan 100 gr Mentega (cairkan).
- Siapkan 125 gr Gula pasir.
- Kamu butuh Sejumput garam.
Langkah-langkah membuat Poffertjes / Pukis
- Kocok telur dan gula hingga tercampur. Tidak sampai berbusa. Bisa pakai whisker atau mixer.
- Masukkan fermipan ke dalam terigu.
- Cairkan santan kara dengan air hingga 250 ml.
- Masukkan langkah 2 dan pangkah 3 secara bergantian ke dalam wadah berisi telur dan gula.
- Cairkan mentega, tunggu agak dingin. Kemudian masukkan ke adonan, aduk rata. Diamkan kurang lebih 30 menit sampai 1 jam.
- Kemudian bisa di cetak dengan cetakan poffertjes/ pukis/apem. Bisa ditambah dengan topping meses atau keju sesuai selera.
